Project Manager - Bridges

About the Opportunity

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of the New Dubbo Bridge project. The project is at an advanced stage of construction. The role will oversee the remaining construction works, coordinating multiple contractors and managing complex interfaces across civil, structural and services.

You will be hands-on on site, providing leadership to a team of engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. You will drive project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role offers the option to FIFO from Sydney, with accommodation and LAFHA provided.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on Transport for NSW projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, including budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing contractors, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and mitigating risks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions confidently under pressure.

This role is a 6-9 month role based on site in Dubbo with the option to DIDO from Sydney, with accommodation and LAFHA provided.
